Article 1 : Object of the contrat

These Terms and Conditions are entered into between the Company Bull Training , SASU capital of € 1 whose head office is located at 1227 Boulevard garoupe 06160 Juan les Pins , Antibes registered with the RCS under number 797 905 783 Siren hereinafter Bull Training and secondly , by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website e -commerce www.bull -training.com hereinafter "the Site" .

All orders placed through the Site orders are subject unreservedly to these Terms of Sale.

They represent the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer expressly accepts that .

Orders can only be placed by major natural persons resident in Europe that the client either professional or consumer . The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.

Article 2 : products sold

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but is committed to applying the rates in effect during the recording of the Customer's order subject to product availability on that date.

In case of promotions, prices quoted shall be valid for the period of the offer.

The products remain the property of the Company until full payment by the Client. However, the risks are transferred to the Customer at the receipt of the order.

Article 5 : Orders

All orders on our site requires the express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, but this acceptance is conditioned by a handwritten signature by the Client.

Article 8 : Right of withdrawal

Accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 -1of the Consumer Code , the Company is required to repay all amounts paid , plus shipping (one way) included as soon as possible after receipt of the returned order and more latest within thirty days of the date on which the right was exercised , by any means of payment. - Accumulated loyalty points :

Article 11 : Delivery
